Refund and Return Policy for DeonTees

We want you to love your purchase! If not, we offer returns under these conditions.

Return Window

You have 30 days from delivery to initiate a return.

Eligible Items

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags and hygiene liners intact (especially for swimwear and bikinis due to hygiene reasons).
  • Final sale items, customized products, or gift cards are non-returnable.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Swimwear bottoms or any intimate items without hygiene liners.
  • Items marked as final sale.

Return Process

  1. Contact us at hello@deontees.shop to request a return authorization.
  2. Ship the item back to us (customer pays return shipping unless the item is defective).
  3. Once received and inspected, we'll process your refund to the original payment method within 7-14 days.

Refunds

  • Full refund for eligible returns (minus original shipping if applicable).
  • Defective or wrong items: We cover return shipping and provide a full refund or replacement.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for size/color if available. Follow the same return process.
